SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thankyou for your purchase through ZADID Home. We strive to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund or store credit. Please read further for more information on our return policy

Returns

Please understand that ZADID Home is a third-party consumer sourcing company. We do not profit from the furniture listed on our site. Instead, we profit from our interior design expertise which includes but is not limited to our aesthetic curation process. With all that being said, understand that our furniture is sourced through a plethora of trustworthy brands and companies with various return policies. We've read over each of our sourcing provider's policies and came up with one of our own to accommodate their return policy wishes as well. 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@zadidhome to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Send us an email for further instructions for the item's new recipient location.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  

Refunds

After our sourcing provider notifies our company that they've received the returned items and have inspected the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least  twenty-one (21) days from item(s) receival to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on you card provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact us by email or phone to arrange a refund or return.

 

Please Note

  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns (this excludes returns due to damages not caused by the customer. We must be notified of any damages within 24 hrs of receiving any items.)

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned
